Description générale
The ET3895B27T low power voltage detector provides monitoring of battery, power-supply, and regulated system voltages. The devices is a very small supervisory circuits that monitor voltages greater than 2.7V with a 0.25% (typical) threshold accuracy and offer adjustable delay time using external capacitors.
The ET3895B27T is available in ultra-small SOT23-5 package and is fully specified the temperature range of TA = -40°C to 85°C.
