Description générale
Le ET5223 est un commutateur analogique CMOS avancé fabriqué en technologie CMOS à grille de silicium submicronique. Ce composant est également doté d'une commutation BBM (Break Before Make) garantie, assurant que les commutateurs ne court-circuitent jamais le pilote. L'ET5223 est proposé en boîtier QFN10L, idéal pour les équipements portables de petite taille.
