Description générale
The ET63HS42XX is a low dropout with 300mA load ability with enable function LDO. It operates from 3V ~ 40V. The quiescent current is 5µA with no load. The devices feature integrated short-circuit and over-current protection. They are quite suitable for standby microprocessor control-unit systems, especially in automotive applications.
ET63HS42XX are available in the ESOP8 package.
