The ET5HAADJ is a low noise LDO with enable function, the output operates from 0.8V to 5.5V . The characteristics are low noise and good PSRR and low dropout voltage, make this device ideal for portable consumer applications. The ET5HAADJ can operate with up to 20V input. The Devices are available in ESOP8, DFN6 packages
