General Description
The ET20170H is a current limit N-Channel MOSFET power switch. It is designed to protect circuitry on the output from transients on the input. It also protects the input from undesired shorts and transients coming from the output.The current limit magnitude is controlled by an external resistor from ILIMIT to GND.
