General Description
ETQ6H450 is the 5.0V output high input very low IQ 200mA LDO , it has multiple protections and good heat dissipation effect. The ETQ6H450 is available in both SOP8 and ESOP8 package options, and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
