ET8290

概要

The ET8290 is a high-efficiency, synchronous, current-mode, step-up converter with output disconnection. For ET8290, the output voltage can be programmed by IIC from 3.5V to 5V with 0.1V step. The ET8290 is available in QFN14 package.
